In this article, we will cover our most common issues and hopefully help you solve them quickly.

Channels:

1. My schedule doesn't show, it says "Not broadcasting", what should I do?
- Make sure your channel is set to public!
- Check the channel type and make sure that it fits with the content, no mixed Bamboo & YouTube videos.
- Make sure your channel's schedule type is "Looped" or if it's "Scheduled" that you scheduled video for the current time

2. Can I change my "channel type" after opening a channel?
We don't recommend changing the channel type after you already assigned videos to it.
It's best if you just open a new channel.

3. Can I change my channel's "Scheduling type" after opening a channel?
We don't recommend changing the "Scheduling type" after you start scheduling.
It's best if you just open a new channel.

Playlist:

1. I can't find my YouTube videos when trying to "add videos", what should I do?
YouTube videos aren't supported on the playlist page, only Bamboo ones are.

Player:

1. My YouTube player doesn't load
Make sure the video is set to "Public" and make sure the YouTube integration is enabled on the "Media Options" module.
