Emails
Automatic emails help keep your users informed throughout their journey, from creating an account to purchasing a subscription or joining a live event.
This guide explains how to configure your email settings, customize templates, and test emails before sending them to your users.

Company Information
The Company Information section contains values that are shared across all email templates.
Configure the following fields:
Sender Name
The name recipients see as the sender of the email.
Sender Email
The email address emails are sent from.
Company Contact Email
Receives purchase notifications and other system emails. This value can also be used inside email templates.
Company Name
Your company or platform name.
Company Signature
The signature displayed at the end of your emails.
Contact Us URL
A link to your support or contact page.
Website URL
The URL of your website.
Powered By Text
Text displayed in the footer of every email.
Company Logo
Displayed at the top of outgoing emails.
Using Variables
Every field above can also be inserted into your email templates using variables.
For example:
*|companyName|*
is automatically replaced with your configured company name when the email is sent.

Available Variables
You can use the following variables in both the email subject and body. When an email is sent, Bamboo automatically replaces each variable with the corresponding value from your Company Information settings.

Automatic Email Settings
Enable or disable each automatic email independently.
Available notifications include:
- Notify Company on Purchases
- Purchase Confirmation
- Event Reminder
- Registration Welcome Email
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Email Templates
Choose the email template you want to edit from the dropdown.
Available templates include:
- Registration
- Purchase Confirmation
- Event Reminder
Each template contains:
Subject
Displayed in the recipient's inbox.
Variables can be used here.
Body
The email content displayed to the recipient.
The editor supports:
- Paragraphs
- Bold
- Links
Variables can be inserted anywhere in the template.
Preview & Test
Before enabling emails for your users, preview and test every template.
Preview
Shows how the email will appear using your current Company Information.
Send Test
Enter an email address and send yourself a test email.
We recommend testing every template after making changes.
